Week 1

Rest, avoid sitting directly on buttocks. Sleep on your stomach or side. Compression garment worn 24/7.

Weeks 2–3

Light walking encouraged. Use BBL pillow when seated. Continue wearing compression garment as directed.

Weeks 4–6

Gradually resume normal activities. Avoid strenuous exercise. Swelling and bruising continue to subside.

6–8 Weeks

Most patients return to full activity. Final results begin to emerge as swelling resolves completely.
